Bert from Mary Poppins meeting? There for MNSHP?

Does anyone know if Bert is at the parks for a picture? I know Mary Poppins is at Epcot during the day. I was hoping to see either Bert or Mary Poppins during MNSHP, but do not see them listed as characters in past years. My husband and I are dressing as chimney sweeps and would love to get a photo during the party or earlier.

Based on what I read, it sounds like Bert only makes rare appearances at WDW. He showed up a few Limited Time Magic events last year, but is not a regular character.

Yes, characters can vary. We have also seen mad hatter, Alice, etc. at breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. But, we got some great pictures with Bert in April!

The Bert sightings reported here were random, and not a regular thing at all. There was a Mary Poppins group photo op (with Bert and the penguins) at MVMCP last year, but that was the first time they have appeared at a hard ticket party in some time. So no way to know if that will happen again this year.

We saw Bert (instead of the Mad Hatter) at 1900 Park Fare breakfast this last week.

Last year Bert appeared at MVMCP with Mary Poppins and 2 Penguins for a group photo.

He does not regularly appear at 1900 for Breakfast. He sometimes replaces the Mad Hatter if he's not available.

Bert also appeared on Valentines Day meeting with Mary Poppins
