BEO Question

Ive just recieved my BEO and am sooo pleased that its not much over my budget at all!

Just a quick question though, does this include all the charges etc? and tax?

The first page which has your breakdown of charges (rehearsal dinner if applicable, ceremony, pre-reception and reception) should include everything, mine did.

BEO = Banquet Event Order

At least in general hotel lingo, who knows if Disney has their own special terminology?

oh yeah. i remember that. yeah, everything was included in ours. so we saw the grand total, which surprisingly didn't frighten us one bit.

Your BEO *should* include everything. You and your Fiance should go over it with a fine tooth comb, more than once and make sure everything you want is included and make sure things you don't want aren't. BEOs are notorious for being wrong the first, second even the third time. Just remember if its not in the BEO, it won't happen the day of the wedding.
