Benotel Hotel Reservations - any good??

Hi

Have seen a few people mention Benotel Reservations on here, I just checked them out, great price for explorers hotel !!
6th December for 4 nights, 2 adults , 2 children = £272 !!

Ive just booked with a credit card ( pre paid credit card ), will it definatley not come off my card before we go away? Are the bookings 100% gteed?

Just seems to good to be true !!

We have booked the Explorers hotel 3 times with Benotel now and never had any problem. Credit card details are taken as guarantee only and payment not taken until you check-in.

Thanks for the reply, do you get any confirmation by post or just the email?
At the top of the email i got it says : PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THIS MESSAGE , so do I just read it or reply to it !?

Just dont want to get to Disney and be told they cant find my reservation !!

I have always replied to the email just acknowledging that I received it. You normally receive a second email in week or two's time that contains the hotels booking reference number - as the initial email only contains Benotel's reference. No confirmation is sent by post just take this second email with you as confirmation.

We are staying at the Explorers again for a couple of nights from the 6th October. There are 8 of us and we have booked 2 rooms through Benotel.

I only got my original booking confirmation email from Benotel, not a second one.
I took that to the Explorers, no problems at all.
You pay when you check in.

I've using Benotel for the third time next month. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We had to cancel and rebook last October's trip twice because our travel arrangements changed and I had visions of turning up at the hotel and having either three rooms booked or none at all but there weren't any problems, it all went smoothly.

I've used this website also. Cancelled our booking as I picked up a separate offer elsewhere. Was not charged any fees nor a 1 night penelty. So would have no hesitation in booking Explorers through this site
