Reading a book called "The Disneyland Encyclopedia" which says Bengal may close if River Belle Terrace is expanded as "persistent rumors suggest." Any truth to this? Admittedly the book was published in 2008, so I'm assuming not. Hoping not, as this is one of my absolute DL favorites!

oohhh i remember that...it was supposedly going to close down for good and i was very sad and then...nothin'...never happened!! RB has been expanded for awhile so i think we are safe...for now

Yes us Bengal lovers are safe for now. I remember there were rumors of the Riverbelle expanding to a two story to add another level for Fantasmic viewing. The Riverbelle had a refurb but no second story.

There's a new DL Encyclopedia that's updated. It just came out a few weeks ago. I got mine.

I love Bengal BBQ! I even got the recipe for the spicey sauce and make it to go on veggie kabobs. Yum!

Is the new one the "second edition" with the orange cover? I've heard good things and want to make sure I get the newest edition!

Yes. Even though I read the first edition, I'm now reading through the second edition.
