Jamie - I have never been over NYE but we have talked about doing it some year instead of Christmas. I am jealous!

Don't be jealous yet, Elin! This trip has more twists and turns than a mountain road! I'm calling my aunt back today with the Pop Century prices and see if she's good with that. I'm just a little too afraid to stay offsite at that time of year, even if it is for a 4 BR/4BA house for the same price. As of last night, Disney's website still showed rooms available at Pop.

The birthday party was lots of fun. Tasty cake, cheese and plenty o booze. I have half the cheese and two half-bottles of wine in the fridge and if we don't eat and drink it all (gonna pour a bit now - hair of the dog) it will be passed to Brenda and Jason, because a wine is a terrible thing to waste. Met a lot of those I only knew online and I like putting the faces to the screennames. (How's y'all and them?)

I put on my own trip report that I have never seen Epcot so crowded as it was yesterday. There were unbelievable hordes of people - all standing in line patiently for food and drink.

Catherine - I am glad you had a good time last night. Hair o' the dog is always nice the next morning, I say! Lori says it is cold there this morning. I am jealous of that! I don't think it ever went below 70 the week we were there!

Did TigerKat make it to the festivities last night? I saw on facebook that she had to have a root canal done as soon as she arrived at WDW yesterday.

I hope this weather holds I love it every year I wait for this. Its my first sign its almost my birthday and then we are are on our way to Christmas.It is 55 in Orlando and 59 here in Fort Lauderdale.

She went to breakfast with one of her online friends at Captain's Grill which I remember has a pretty good buffet. Tonight we have V&A for which I brought a little summery dress.

How cold is it down there? We hit 39 this morning in Charlotte NC, way to cold, especially for this time of year!!! Hope it warms up enough to wear your dress, or start the wine pairings early and you won't notice the cold

I am glad you have great weather today! We still have cold, misty and windy weather here. Hope the sleep study is helpful. You can drink the moscato tomorrow night instead!

Walking from American pavilion toward Japan. I just put my camera in the air above my head and took this shot:


Beautiful weather though so everyone was out and about. Lines were very, very long so you really couldn't eat and drink that much. Unfortunately they don't have fast passes for the kiosks.
