It wasn't until we got home and checked out their website that we learned that this is Justin Timberlake's tequila and 901 is his hometown zipcode (Memphis). I totally give boffo-credit to the distributor for not mentioning any of this to us while we were there because nothing turns me off alcohol more than "this is so-and-so's personal brand / line / offering blah blah blah."

One other thing ... this tequila would be great just served over ice with a twist of lime. It's just that clean and good - lots of agave aroma and a subtle taste. :thumbsup2

I puffy heart love him.:cloud9:

Today while out doing many varied things ... among them lunching at Wapango which I'm going to post on the blog one of these day ... we stopped in a local booze store and they were offering tequila tastings!

Did they somehow know we were coming? :rotfl2:

It's called 901 Tequila ... a triple distilled silver tequila that was really really good. Normally Jay and I prefer the reposados but this was tasty (and let me tell you I've never just pounded back a shot of tequila without food to soak it up until today). So of course we had to buy a bottle ($40 ... pretty good for triple distilled tequila) and we got to keep the cool tasting glasses 'cause the distributor just liked us, I guess.

And no ... I wasn't flashing any alkie-cleaves! :lmao:

Cool glasses...at least they dont say 911. :rotfl:

:rotfl2:

Why did I know that you were going to find a clip from the Boy Band episode?

I've had that one forever. I believe it is how you and I first 'met'.

Maybe when my stuff gets here I can scan some pics of him up close. Back in the Nsync days.

I went to my Weight Watchers meeting this morning, and I finally smashed through a barrier that I've been struggling with for a few weeks.

What did I do? Well, I managed to have a total loss of:
50.2 lbs. !!

I think that deserves some dancing bananas.
:banana::banana::banana:

That's an accomplishment to be proud of!! Time to bring out the happy dancers. :cool1::dance3::cool1:

Very nice, Congrats:banana::banana::banana: and may I add, I hit the 40 lb loss today, so :banana::banana:

Today's a day to celebrate!! Congrats to you!! :thumbsup2:dance3::thumbsup2

Perhaps in real cities, but here in the 9th Circle of Hell I haven't seen any.

:lmao::lmao:Oh, Briarmom...hang in there! Sending you best wishes!!
I'm still "temporarily" in the 10th city of hell. Tonight Hubby and I went to the one nice restaurant that is relatively nearby, we go there occasionally. We both ordered one glass of wine. The manager came by, and said, "That's so nice that you ordered a glass of wine with your dinner." The owner said almost the exact same thing to us about a year ago. It's becoming an inside joke to us. Ordering a glass of wine? Horrors!!! It's just not done here, much. :headache:
On the plus side, I can pick up a six pack of Polygamy Porter Beer anytime I want at the grocery store. It's 3-2 beer, but it's still funny. The brewery that makes it sells (I kid you not) t-shirts that encourage you to Bring some home to the Wives." :lmao:
Where am I? Think Big Love. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks everyone else who is cheering us on....

Very nice, Congrats:banana::banana::banana: and may I add, I hit the 40 lb loss today, so :banana::banana:

You totally deserve some dancing bananas of your own! Congrats!!
:banana::banana::banana::banana:

Yet another Bravo!!!!!

I'm hoping to start soon too... I just need the inspiration... (and someone to steal my candy of the day membership at Walmart... :lmao:)

Stop participating in Free Candy Fridays!! :rotfl2:

Come check out my latest update on the Pie thread ... I think you will like it! :rotfl2:

I did, and I still call dibs on the Amarula. :rolleyes1

I am sorry it isn't working for the F&W Festival, Chelle. But... if you come in December...

you can meet me! :rotfl2:

Don't think that hadn't already crossed my mind!

Hiya friendies!

I finally managed to post the stuff about that Riedel wine tasting I attended ... that frigging blog is going to drive me crazy. It changes things on me without my even knowing how or why - and I don't know squat about HTML so I just end up getting really frustrated. :headache::mad:

Review was great! I understand about the blog, mine doesn't do that, but I can't seem to put pictures "in" my blog, they either go all the beginning or all at the end :headache: Jon is actually looking at setting up my own website, we'll see what happens then.

Yay! I told Jon that if we end up going then that I'll still have friends to meet up with and he's excited. Now if only we can get a room at the 60 day mark (is there a fingers crosses smilie somewhere?)

That is the 2nd review of JT's tequilla that I've seen this weekend. I think the other was in the paper, and they raved about it. I must not go to the liqour (ABC Store here in NC) store at the right times, I've never gotten samples :sad2:

Perhaps in real cities, but here in the 9th Circle of Hell I haven't seen any.

That's just so sad :sad1: Thankfully you can spend time in Bendyland to lift your spirits :goodvibes

OMG, wine with dinner? You nut case! :rotfl:
Really, Polygamy Porter Beer? :rotfl2::lmao::rotfl:

Gina - your bachelorette party looked like lots of fun. You must be so excited to have all this happening now!

Heather - have fun at the beach. I hope your weather is as spectacular as ours is here this weekend!

I need to start a PTR for my December trips. I have decided to do just one instead of two separate ones. But I am at a writer's block point for a title!! It is driving me crazy ... I think of something and then it is just not right for some reason. Brainstorming or jump-starting would be much appreciated!

The weather was great here, Elin! It's unbelievable how little humidity there has been the last week. And not only did the Pirates win, but our cousin, who was starting as a tailback in his first ever college game, scored the first touchdown on his first pass receipt! They all came back from the game with no voices left from screaming so much...:lmao:

Leave it to JT to make tequila even cooler!

Laura, that's exactly what I was thinking.....we use that saying every year at Christmas time!

That is funny! I have never heard the phrase before! It is taking a front seat of all that have been mentioned. I haven't yet asked my family if they have any suggestions, though. I was trying to stave off the  looks I will get when speaking of something "so far away."

Heather, it sounds as if your weekend is going really well! :goodvibes And how fun to get your cousin star in his football game! :cheer2:

-Gina, I thought I had your bachelorette food porn quoted, but I seem to have lost it :rolleyes1 all I really wanted to say was YUM! Now I really want some lobster

Update on the camera, no real luck so far. I did get it to close up, and it almost seemed to work for a minute; until I tried to take a picture. I'm not sure what's going to happen with it, but I think it's going to end up that we get a new camera sometime soon. :sad2:

Now for my next request of y'all :flower3: Background: Jon & I are talking about setting up a website of my own for my business. I'm not leaving my agency, but we want to do some advertising (like facebook ads, etc) and don't really want the leads going to the agency website because there's no guarantee that people will remember what sent them there. While I want to support the agency, I want the leads I generate (and pay for)....kwim? So we're trying to come up with names, and see what's available. All of these would end with .com, does anyone have any opinions (good, bad, whatever pops in your mind) about:
1. FamilyDisneyTravel
2. Disney4Families (and/or) DisneyforFamilies
3. yourmagicalwishes

Unfortunately a lot of names that I liked were already taken, most aren't even being used, just squatted  Honestly; all thoughts, comments, suggestions welcome. :goodvibes

Chelle - I think you need to have the name of Disney and the word family in your name if that is the clientele you are looking to connect with. So I vote for DisneyForFamilies dot com as the easiest one to remember or to get to be accident. Think of all those people who simply Google "disney for families" and imagine how many hits that could generate for your website just by accident!
