Belle Vue Lounge at Boardwalk Resort?

I know that in some of the deluxe resorts, the lounges serve a limited menu. Does the Belle Vue Lounge serve some food in the afternoon? Or is it only the continental breakfast in the morning?

IIRC, it's only drinks in the afternoon/evening.
