Belle services keeping frozen food?

I know Bell services will keep food in a refrigerator, but do they also have a freezer? We plan to stop at a grocery store on our way in to town, and would like to get some frozen chicken nuggets and ice cream, etc, since we will have a 2 br villa this time. And I’m not sure if they can store frozen stuff if our room isn’t ready early. AKL Jambo if it matters

Yes, they have a freezer. It will help if you have freezer items bagged separately from refrigerator items and both of those separated from other groceries when you arrive, so that Bell Services can tag them and store them appropriately.
