I have seen pictures of Belle in her red dress doing meet & greets, but I cannot find the place where I first saw them. So what I'm wondering is does Belle still wear this dress for meet & greets? and if so, where can you find her? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I am going nuts because I can't find it anymore!

Belle used to meet during MVMCP in her red dress, but that is not the case this year. Most people who found her like this attended MVMCP.
