I've sent about 5 or 6 clients there since it opened in late March and they all have loved it. Many of the units are still for sale so the occupancy has been low (which is great because they basically get the pools, clubhouse, etc. to themselves).

The property is high end and very nice and every single family I've booked there has said they'd love to go back and would definately recommend it.

there's only one listed on vrbo.com and it's a 3 bedroom. It looks really nice and the pool area looks great. It has lots of availability too...........someone could get a great last minute deal.

How is the drive? I'm already over on that side, I think, in WH. I know WH is like 5 minutes to AK. What would this be to AK, anyone know?

My last family I booked there (good friends of mine) said about 15 minutes drive time for them. They stayed the week of June 24 in a 3 bedroom unit and it was only $547 total including tax. I have another client booked in a 3 bedroom unit for Thanksgiving week for $566 total. It's a really great value for a new, upscale property. There is also the Barry Town center right there, and I believe my friends said there's an Applebees, Quiznos, Publix and a few other things right there.
The property has 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units. I had one lady tell me she wanted to live there.
