Bell Services Luggage transfer: how does it work?

We are staying at WDW December 6-14. We will be renting points at OKW the first 4 nights and will be transferring to the Beach Club Villas for the remaining 4 nights. We would like to take advantage of the ability to transfer luggage from one resort to the next without having to re-load two vehicles (group of 8). We are all staying together in two bedroom villas. What is the process for transferring luggage from one resort to another? 3 of our group will be driving up to Universal for HP world, but the other 5 will be going to Downtown Disney and then to the Beach Club for some Storm-a-long Bay time. We have planned to pack our swimsuits in separate bags to take with us to change at SAB. Is there a fee to transfer the rest of the luggage? How long should we expect to wait for our other luggage to arrive at the Beach Club? Any help or advice would be appreciated.

There is no fee for resort to resort luggage transfer. Take your bags to Bell Services and tell them what resort to send the bags to. They'll arrive at that resort within several hours. You go to Bell Services (or call) at the new resort to collect your bags.

If you have a lot of luggage you can call bell services to pick it up from your room as well. The luggage doesn't show up until around 4 pm so just make sure you have everything you need with you. It is really easy to do and bell services do it all day long. They are generally very helpful and make it easy for you.

We have found luggage transfer to work flawlessly! We’ve used it on multiple occasions. You can take your bags to Bell Services or they’ll come to the room, pick them up, and give you a receipt for retrieval at your new resort.

Regardless of the time you deliver your luggage to Bell Services, transfers are completed once a day in the afternoon. You generally won’t have access until after 4 or 5 Pm

The luggage process if done during the day but don't expect to have access to your bags before 4-6 PM at the BC. Taking anything you need during the day is a great idea and is suggested for all guests.
