Beirgarten lunch

I will be bringing my 80+ parents to Epcot's World Showcase and I know they want to see the entertainment inside the Beirgarten. I understand that the only way to see the entertainment is inside. With the price of lunch so high, and since they don't eat alot...can they share a plate? I don't eat German food, would they let me sit there with them... or do I have to order something (since I'm taking up space). I can't leave them there alone. Just wondering what to do. Thanks.

No, it's a buffet. You can't share a buffet, and each person has to pay full price for it, even if they don't intend to eat.

I have heard stories of people asking if they can go in and sit at a table and watch the entertainment and just have a drink, not ordering from the buffet. Ask if you can do that. I wouldn't go in and sit and order nothing though. And if it's busy they may turn you down.
