Beige Screen of Death.

Anyone know how to fix the Beige Screen of Death when logging onto DVC. My logon is correct it just says done with errors on page at the bottom but i can go to all the other disney sites.

I am in the same boat on several different computers. So you are not alone and looking for any information!

In the error report it says line 58 character 3 is causing the error. I don't know why some would work and others not if it is an issue on the website itself.

The only thing that worked for me was eventually buying a new laptop.

I had that problem for months. Eventually I got it fixed. I bought a new computer.

I've had this computer since Aug 09' and joined DVC in April 10', no problems here logging on to DVC Members site.

Clear the history, cookies and cache and then reboot. Hopefully that will work for you. I also find that if I log onto another Disney website I always logoff before I close the website. The times I don't logoff of those other Disney websites I have had problems with the MS website. Some say the resolve the problem by having the same user name and password on all of the Disney websites. Which may or may not be a good idea if credit cards are involved.

Good luck. If it doesn't work call MS and ask to speak to a Tech expert.

I just rebooted and that fixed it.
