Let’s get started! If you’ve been with us before, you know we all participate so get ready for a strange ride!


Cast of Characters

Darth Dadious (Chuck) ~ Powerful in the ways of the wallet. Snide remarks will appear in red. the true color if the sith, check out their lightsabers

Mom Solo (Lynn) ~ Jedi Librarian. “If it’s not on the schedule, it does not exist.” Words in black or blue or whatever the regular color is.

Jake Fisto (Jake) ~ ability to “ force trip” kids in heelies. (No, he really can!) View of the world in green.

Darth E (Em) ~ not afraid to use her cuteness to influence the weak minded. Cute comments in purple.

This will be our 16th trip to WDW since 2002. We’ve stayed at Port Orleans Riverside, All Star Music, Dolphin, Port Orleans French Quarter and Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Last summer we had two weeks in a one bedroom villa at Saratoga Springs.

Just this last January we had a lovely weekend at the Polynesian.

So this summer we will be at ….

The Pop Century. Oh yeah!!! Uh Huh!!! Doin the Pop!!!!!


I know, kind of a let down, huh? But NO! We got such an awesome AP rate that we were able to extend our stay from a weekend to a week and it is all paid for in advance. With gas prices and all prices going up, that is nothing to complain about.

Besides, Chuck Loves the Pop Century! It is Disney 24/7! Not Just Disney, it’s In Your FACE Disney!!!! That is just what we need.

We leave on June 4 and return on June 11. A note to all would be burglars out there, our home is protected by 4 four fat and lazy cats and two grandparents who are ‘house sitting” – warning- if the old man catches you, you will be forced to hear all sorts of stories ranging from his first job to the time he shook Elvis’ hand

If you see us, give a shout out!! Let me hear that Wookie Roar!!!

I'm enjoying your trip report!! Our first trip (And a couple others) was at POR in the mansions. We've stayed in the bayou too. You are gonna love it!

At the summit? You lucky thing! I'm hosting a baby shower this Sunday and then there's inventory next Sunday. I've got a lot of climbing to do!
