Hello, my name is Jennifer and I'm an OCD Disney planning addict!! I've spoiled my family with my WDW plans for our previous 2 visits. This May we're headed west for our first DL trip. If anyone would be willing to mail me park maps for Disneyland / DCA / DTD I would be so appreciative. If you can help me out, please PM me for my address - I'd be happy to reimburse for postage, etc.

No need for that.

In 35 days I'm going to DLR for my first ever visit. Back in February I called the Disneyland Vacation Planning Office (714-300-7526) to ask for any information they could send me since I had not been there before. A week or so later I received a white folder with an embossed Mickey on the front that contained park maps for DL and DCA, information on ordering in-room extras (descriptions and prices, but no photos), and a few other brochures. I suggest you give them a call and ask if they can send you park maps and any other information that might be helpful.

Here is some pixie dust to help you out.:tink::wizard:
I will be going in one month and one day. If I can help you please pm me.

That was nice of you to pass along!! :thumbsup2

Tink's Pixieduster - AWESOME information :worship: you are my hero!!

Update: I called the number. Talked to a very helpful Cast Member who indicated that although she's received several calls requesting maps today they don't mail out park maps. She gave me ideas of where to eat, the phone number I'd need to make my dining reservations and told me all about the character meals. But no maps.

I had the same experience. My friend is taking his son for the first time and I've been helping him plan their trip. I would love to get some maps for them, so I called. As you indicated, no maps. I would have really loved it if they would have sent some maps and info out so that I could have passed them along.

Wow. It sounds like we talked to two different theme parks. The CM I spoke with couldn't have been nicer, and said sending me information would be no problem, which is why I passed that information along; I thought this was probably something that was done all the time for anyone who called and asked. Maybe I got a CM in an extra good mood the day I called. I'm sorry two of you had a completely different experience.

I have a trip in the planning stages for this Friday, if I can get anyone maps I'd be more than happy to pick them up for whoever is looking for them while I'm there. :)

I don't want to impose but I would love a set if you're willing to ship to Canada :flower3: I'll happily reimburse for postage! I've got two mini backpacks made up for my girls stuffed Disney pens, stickers, etc to amuse them on the plane ride down and I'd love to be able to slip a map in each one so that we can have fun planning our favourites

How fortuitous for you! Because more than one year ago, I requested maps via a telephone call to GS. Well I am still waiting........... :lmao: :scared1:  ..... that is ok though, got my own maps. :) I am hoping to add to those with new maps from this year. :goodvibes
