I have called before each trip and spent time going over my vacation plan with a CM. Just made my call for our July trip and I ended up with a $500+ savings for a "unique offer code" that wasn't noted when I made the reservations a couple of months ago. Woohoo!!

I had an offer for free park hoppers and they initially charged me for them. The room was also $38 cheaper than I booked. We always, always check our booking multiple times. It never hurts to ask!
