My family and I were planning a trip for Oct 09... loooong ways away I know, but living in Canada with small children, I need to plan in advance.
My dad is wanting to take us all and pay for everything(YAY)

BUT

We were planning on driving to Seattle(about a 3 hour drive) and fly out from there because its soooo much cheaper!

Here lies the problem

Theres no gaurentee that I'LL be able to cross into the US by either air or land because of previous denial. WHY was I denied you ask, once it was because I didnt have enough money on me and twice because they thought I wouldnt return to Canada. Well I live in canada(and not because they wouldnt let me into the states) No, I dont have a criminal record and have never tried to bring anything illegal into the US, EVER!

Its been 5 years and I was 19 at my last try. I have proof and ties that I live here and I will be prepared to show them.

I mean really, how long do they hold that stuff against you?

So heres my question, has anyone had a previous denial but got to go to Disney?

Im just so upset that I may not get to go because my the reasons that are not true and are still not true today:(

My dad has had it hit and miss some times they let him cross sometimes they do not and yes they do track this stuff.

I would suggest contacting the U.S. consulate to try to clear things up but it may be a difficult process for you. At the very least, be sure to take out trip insurance.

Thanks for your response. I do know its tracked, Im looking into waivers and Nexus cards at the moment. I know those cant gaurentee anything but its worth a shot, afterall its not like Im a criminal (I guess you dont really know that now do you:lmao:..... Im NOT)
