Been away... Best way to rent out points?

For the past few years we haven't had a trip down to the World and we'd been saving our points to take some family members. Now it looks like they won't be going and we'll have extra points that we've been holding on to.

I know there used to be a rent/trade board, we used it in the past. I don't see it any longer and I'm wondering if there is now a more official way to rent out points or if that is no longer allowed.

The rent/trade board is still active. I personally would use a service like David's because I would not what to have to deal with the renter.
