I will be staying at POR and have a Reservation for CP at MK for 8:10am, I know that i will be let in the park early to get to my ADR. My ? is, I would like to take a few pics of the castle and partners statue on my way to the ADR, how early can I get to the turnstiles (sp?) and how do I get there early?

for bus schedules and how early they start. If the early buses do not work for you, usually outside most Disney resorts, you can grab a taxi....we have done that before.

Unless it's an EE day, the turnstiles won't open until promptly at 8AM. You'll be held at the turnstiles until that time, regardless of having an ADR.

We've never had a problem getting to MK early on the buses. We have stayed at all star resorts. For 8AM early dining, we walk to the bus stop at 10 minutes to 7AM. Bus is usually there, or there in less than 10 minutes. Other diners are waiting with you too (usually 6-12 people). You will definitely be surprised to find many other people already at the turnstyles at MK (about 30 or so at this time).

So, if you are walking fast up to the lines you should be in great shape. You will probably be in line about 7:25. The time goes by so fast because, if you are like me, it's so exciting to be there! The CM's first open the turnstyles around 7:50. Then, you move to the right and foward to the arch under the train station. The group of early diners are then held for a few more minutes.

When the CM's let you in, you should be able to walk briskly to the castle for a few pictures before your ADR, with plenty of time to spare. You will be able to get great pictures with no other families in the pics, or possibly only a few families.

Quesiton #1. Will there be a bus for people going home after pleasure island or even the cirque du soleil show?

Question #2. Per say we wanted to ride the cab fare from port riverside to any park or what not is it expensive?

Quesiton #3. Much of a hassle for the buses should we rather rent a car?

we have several 8:00 ADRs and a 8:05 BBB appt at Magic Kingdom.. I hope we can catch busses from POFQ... I am so nervous about transportaion but I Am sure I can ask at our Resort the night before
