Beef O' Brady's

Restaurant.com has/had a promo code for $25 certificates for $4.00 instead of $10.00. I bought a certificate for Giordano's on Apoka Vineland and for Beef O' Brady's in Kissimmee.

I've seen lots of reviews of Giordano's and I know it is a favourite around here, but I haven't seen any for Beef O' Brady's. I'd love it if folks wouldn't mind posting their review.

Let me start by saying that we did NOT eat at Beef O Brady's, so I can't review that for you, but I can encourage you to make sure that the location is near (enough) for you.

My DH and I stayed at WH a few weeks ago. I bought certifcates thru restaurant.com for both Giordanos and Beef O Brady's. We drove to both - just to find the location - and Beef O Brady was quite a drive. Longer than what we will want to do when we are visiting the parks with the kids in a few months (when we plan on using the certs). It was a least a 20 minute drive. Maybe there is one closer to WH than the one associated with our certificate, but we ended up getting a credit.

Beef O'Bradys is basically a family-friendly Hooters. OK, yeah, I see kids in Hooters all the time, but basically a Hooters where the staff is fully dressed--it's a chain local to Florida as far as I know. Menu is mostly burgers and wings, maybe a few other things, a lot of TVs and wood paneling. I don't know that it's anybody's favorite restaurant, but I don't know that anyone could hate it, either. They all feel sort of generic.

The only Beefs I can think of in Kissimmee is on Ponciana--not really all that convenient to WDW. You'll have to drive through some of the less desirable sections of downtown Kissimmee. There could be another one I'm not thinking of, it is a chain, but that's the first one that springs to mind.

We live in Tampa and my family likes Beef's. I am not sure about the Orlando locations but in Tampa kids eat free on Tuesdays.
