I agree with you, because I would have protested loudly, AND because I know more about how WDW works than my brother does. It was his first trip with his family, and he was really tired of waiting around for managers who never showed up. He didn't know what else to do, or where else to turn. I think that the All Star management really dropped the ball on this one. Why should he have to spend his very expensive vacation time waiting for their convenience, to remedy a situation that shouldn't have occurred?
My brother is also a lot more laid-back than I am and, if I do say so myself, a much, MUCH nicer person. He is the absolute kindest, gentlest person I have ever met in my life; I can honestly say that in all of our years growing up together, we never once got into an argument. And that was no thanks to me
It just seems a pity that someone who is gentle and courteous would be so grievously taken advantage of. I was very upset that they would give him an appointment time with the management, make him wait, then blow him off. By then, his first priority was to salvage the trip as best he could, by not losing any more park time for his family.
The whole situation just made me sad, and I would be happy if it could be avoided by better customer service at WDW and by a better standard of cleanliness. I've read the posts that urine doesn't spread disease, but it would take a whole heck of a lot of convincing to get me to sleep on a pee spot! And yes, I am sure I've slept in a lot of "fun spots"

but 1. they were dry, and 2. presumably (as far as I could tell), the sheet over the spot was clean. Still gross, I know, but not as blatant as a big, yellow, wet spot.
Cheers!
