Bedspreads in Copper Creek Villas?

Do the beds in the Copper Creek studios still have those railroad bedspreads on them that are in all the pictures? I know that WDW resorts have had their runners remoced from the beds, but I don't know about villas & in particular Copper Creek. I think this bedspread is charming and my son would like it. Just wondering if it's still there or if the beds are white sheet only like at the resorts.

If they weren't white bed covers, they aren't there any more. I wouldn't think they would have even put bedspreads on the bed when CCV was designed.

You must mean the bed runners? They are oversized but still a bed runner - CCV never had bedspreads. They are a nice one for sure! The bed runners are still there and probably will be until people take them and they don't have any to replace or once the do a refurbishment. It's during refurbs that they've gotten very plain and pull them out. When they initially removed bedspreads from all the DVC they all did get bed runners at that time.

That's such a sad trend. They look better so they use them during sales then poof - they disappear. White sheets.

I've read that some guests considered them nice souvenirs, so they discontinued bed runners at all the resorts.

It is. The room looked so much nicer with them.
I dislike the all white look, personally. There’s no character to it.
