Bedding for 4?

I just started looking at possibly taking the family on a cruise. I've noticed that the bedding always says sleeps 3 possibly 4. Does anyone know what type of bedding is available when there are 4 people traveling. It would me, DH, 6 year old DD, and 4 year old DS.

For quad rooms the sofa turns into a single bed and there is a pull-down bed from the ceiling that goes over the sofa bed, sort of like bunk beds. There are bed rails for the top bunk.

DCL has very comfortable bedding....between the beds and rocking of the ocean I have the best sleep ever onboard!!!
