Bed situation in Oceanview Balcony on Harmony

We have booked an oceanview balcony for 4 people. We are curious how the sofa bed works. Is it one big bed or is it a sofa with a trundle? We will have a 13 year old boy and 15 year old girl next year and they will not share. Looking at our options now.

Any adults sleeping on these? I’m thinking of RCCL but not sure if the bed is better or worse than DCL. I’ve slept 3/5 cruises on DCL beds and been comfortable. And gave to regular bed to my parents.

My son is an adult. I laid on it too ... comfortable twin bed.
