I was in BBB last night. I had a 20% off coupon for one item. I was hoping to get a place setting of Fiestaware but the local store doesn't carry them.

The cashier told me that I could come in, order what I wanted, AND use my coupon, and if I order in the store, it would also waive the shipping fees.

Anyone know if this is accurate information?

Now I really need a 20% off your entire order coupon so I can get several at once and not have to keep driving up there to order.

Yes sound right. I buy my Tassimo coffee pods there and one day they were out of the flavor I wanted. I was able to order in store using my 20% coupon with free shipping.

Dawn, I stock up on BBB coupons whenever i get one in the mail. I have never had a problem using expired coupons.

Yes, that's accurate.

If you have a smartphone you can also sign up for their text messages and they send extra coupons to you. Sometimes it's online only, sometimes in store or online both.

Are you getting other emails from them? They send stuff almost daily if you are signed up. I would check my spam folder & see if they are going there instead. Worst think that can happen if you sign up again would be that they say "this email is already on file" or something similar.

I went through a pile of old mail today and found 2 BBB coupons and a local friend has offered to give me some more.

I can hopefully at least get the basics of what I need for now.
