I've never tried any of these, but Trip Advisor lists three B&Bs / Inns in the area. Here's a link to descriptions and TripAdvisor reviews:

This is not anything close to a B&B experience, but thought I'd mention this in case this has any appeal to you. We're sort of in the same boat you are -- looking for something a little different on trip number #23 for a four night / three day mini stay. Our typical stays have been at an offsite condo resort (Great option for a longer stay, but something we've done so many times) or at the Contemporary (We've stayed there five times) or Port Orleans (We stayed there once) (normal accomodations and overflow accomodations when my husband has seminars at the Contemporary), (There have been six four day seminars we're been down for).
What we decided to do was stay in a Downtown Disney hotel (This is an area we haven't stayed in before). // We were looking for a resort hotel experience that looked like a good value and fit in our budget. It was appealing that we'd be able to walk to Downtown Disney and the Crossroads shopping center. There are shuttles to the Disney parks that run every 30 minutes too. We're picking a balcony room at the Downtown Disney Holiday Inn / paying extra to get a balcony and Downtown Disney view. This property has been recently rennovated, gets great reviews, has an onsite resturant (good reviews about food there, especially breakfast) and has a nice pool area with jacuzzi. Here's a link to the TripAdvisor reviews. For the type of experience we were looking for this looked like it offered a good value:
