Dave: Hope Erica recovers soon and completely.
Vic: Congrats on the HDTV shopping expedition. I joined a forum called audioholics which proved very helpful when winnowing down my choices.

movies like the Matrix are a ton of fun with surround send properly set up, and i can't BELIEVE how much more fun NASCAR and NFL are!
Lisa: I understand the 0500 starts...work life balance and all that...
Everyone else: Great day on tap, I can feel it!
Mike's Day: Went to the Y an hour before spin class started to get an extra hour on a "bike" in. Forgot that today was a spinathon, which means...NO spin class. Did 60 minutes, 8.3 miles on the elliptical...Starting to hate the elliptical. Maggie is running some errands this AM, then we are taking the 4 and 6 yr old bowling, the 17 yr old is taking her ACT tests today...big day here in the Chicago suburbs!

for your DD wanting to take up the challenge of the 5K. It'll be cool for you to be training partners. P.S. Does the shouting match count as cardio? It's probably up there with the elliptical for enjoyment.
I'm pretty sure we're meant to move on, but it's the moving that scares me.
It's just not my favorite kind of WO. I hope your hips are feeling better tomorrow. As for DSis....kill you, make you stronger, potato, potahto...
so I have decided it is time to work on cross training.
) and then ride a little and then back to BWV for the true after party!!!
Our pace was 10:15 average. I let my dsis wear 'the watch' ((((the BEST thing ever)))) and she is convinced that one is in her future. At one point, she's like "do you know that we are running 9:45 per min?" and I am saying ....." yeah, I know, I am dying!!!!" She offered to slow down, but it is good for me to get out of my 'trugging' pace. We finished strong, with negative splits! And, dsis was even breathing a little harder than usual........in my dreams!

I know I made eye contact a few times but I was so concerned with Angie passing out that I did not go the extra mile and now I am feeling really bad. We WILL meet at ToT even if I have to schedule a place where we can secretly meet before the race so you don't feel so shy.
) and making multiple saves. They ended up in 4th place but fought a mighty battle. They are all 13-14 year olds playing 16 year olds so in the big scheme of things, they dun good! Beautiful week for me here in the northern tip of the US, my mom arrives from FLA Wednesday and next week is spring break for us.
at the fact that you compared me with Brad Pitt, I am a little more like this
I am fairly sure Dave will back me up on this one!!
