Becoming a Cast member

Hello,

I will be transferring to Orlando to attend UCF to obtain my masters degree in health science. I also, have REALLY wanted to work at Disney World, while I am in orlando. How do I go about getting a job, how soon in advance should I apply, and just please give me any kind of information to help. I graduated with my Bachelors in Fall of 2007 (maybe sooner), would like to get the job right out of college, hoping it would be a great experience for me, since I love DISNEY!!!!
