Sorry I confused you, I don't know what timeline I was thinking of! For some reason I was thinking 2:30 ceremony but even that doesn't really make sense the more I think about it. You're definitely right. If you do the pre-reception, your reception would end at 11 pm. So you wouldn't pay anything extra since you'd still fall in the Wishes reception timeframe.
That make sense, you can always talk to your floral contact and let them know what your budget is. I've heard they are great working within that. I saw a bride on here that had palm leaf centerpieces and they were beautiful, so I'm sure they could come up with something creative that would fit.
The Wedding Pavilion is beautiful on it's own, and you're in there for so little time anyway. You could also use your reception decorations in the WP and have Disney move them if you really wanted something.
I have heard silk is actually more expensive since Disney uses very high quality silks but I'm sure they could price out both for you and then you can decide what you want to do.
