Beauty and the Beast worth it?

We will be cruising 12/24-12/31 on the Magic. We plan 12/31-1/4 at BCV. My DD is a princess "freek". We already know that Little Mermaid and Playhouse Disney are must sees. Would Beauty and the Beast be worth seeing? I'm afraid she will be tired of shows by the end of the cruise. What do you all think?

I think the Beauty and the Beast show is a lot better than "the mermaid show" as my lil sister calls it, but that's just one man's opinion.

I've never done the cruise, but the Beauty & the Beast show at MGM is my niece's favorite Princess show. We saw it 3 times last time we were there! LOL! She is also a Princess freak and I thought she might tire of the shows too, but she loved all of them.

I forgot to ask if the show follows a set schedual. I was wondering when the first show of the day was.

My dh, ds7 & ds8 first saw the show 2 yrs ago, we loved it. It is now a must see. To us it is like a condensed version of a broadway play. It runs all day long, get a schedule when you enter the par. It is also a nice break from the sun since it is in the shade. I also think it is much better than Little mermaid.

The show times for Dec 27-Dec 30/04 were 10:30am,11:45am,1:00pm,2:15pm,4:15pm,5:30pm,7:00pm.
The park was open from 8am-10pm.

Thanks for the responses. DD has seen the Little Mermaid, so I think B&B will top the list.

we saw it on our last trip and thought it was excellent. a definite must.

We loved Beauty and the Beast. My 2 yo DD was scared with some of he effects in the Little mermaid though- the flashing lights and rain scared her.

DD8 enjoyed both, but we probably loved B&B best, it is more of a musical, and she loves B&B!!

There are always boys in the crowd as well - Beast and Gaston provide entertainment for them!! It has a more "grown" up feel (ie like a musical) it is an outdoor theatre, and it was FULL when we went, I was greatful for having the Princess Package and PS, it just enhanced our enjoyment!!
