When I was there last, there were people who had a rose ticket that got special seating in the third row. I asked a cast member and she said "guest relations." Does anyone have any information about these tickets? Do I just go to guest relations and ask for one?

They were probably the family of the girl chosen to be "Princess of the Day". At the end of the show, the girl goes down to be presented a rose by Belle and Prince Adam.
