Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage

Is the Theater of the Stars stage where Beauty and the Beast is perfomed an outdoor amphitheater? Or is it completely covered?

I'm asking because I'm wondering if it is raining will the B&B performance show or will it be canceled?

It is "open air" but completely covered. If it rains you won't get wet (unless you are in the VERY back but, it's pretty much all covered.

However, personally, I thought it was a HORRIBLE show.

I think it is a wonderfully put together show........even my husband (who normally doesn't like any type of musical stage show) thoroughly enjoyed it.

I guess I'm in the minority but, I just didn't like it at all. I felt the acting of the beast left A LOT to be desired.

Then again, it's just my opinion.

My bf and I saw the 6:15 show, and we were more bothered by the sun than anything else. We had seats on the left side of the theater (left when facing the theater) and the sun was beating down on the back of our necks for the whole 30 minutes. I still enjoyed the show, though!

I have the entire show edited, but I haven't posted it yet.

The quality of the original is very fine, but when it gets compressed for the net, it gets "ugly" fast.
