The boards were acting up early this afternoon is the what I figure happened cause it showed me my post after I posted it then it was gone. But anyway what I am wondering is did anyone do the deal at WDW a couple of weeks ago where you preorder the BATB DVD and get a pin and another DVD free if so has anyone recieved the DVD's?

Yes!
I received the DVD's and the pins, early this month.
I even used the coupon to send in for a free DVD.
OOPS!! I needed to re-read!!
I pre-ordered mine through the catalog. But I have read several posts on another board where the WDW DVD's appear to be in limbo.

I have not received my dvds yet, and I don't think i would ever do this again. I called and found out it hasn't even shipped yet. I personally would think that if I preordered it I would be able to have it at the same time as everyone else. Ahh the agony.

I agree with Duckfan that we should have had it close to the release date. I figured that it would have been here when we got back home as it was supposed to be released before we left WDW.

I order mine at the Contemporary, and got my pin at the time...yesterday I got B&B and one of the DVD's....and I do feel that we should have gotten in on the release date..

They should have made sure that all the people that prepaid, got theirs first...the next time I go back to the DS..

I still don't have mine, either. I ordered mine at Once Upon a Toy in DTD.

I agree that it should arrive on the release date like they do when you pre-order from the catalog. I won't ever do a pre-order for a DVD at WDW again.

Thanks for the tele # we ordered from DTD also but it was another store. We did get the pin at the time of purchase.

I just called the number you gave Lisa and my name WASN'T IN THE SYSTEM I pre-purchased mine at WOD on October 6th.

They took my information and name of my extra movie and they are shipping it out in 8-10 business days.

The gal said they have had lots of confusion and haven't gotten all of the requests from Disney yet. Most of the DVD's and VHS's were shipped out on October 9th. So if you didn't get yours...call the number above to make sure you are in the system. If not, you could be waiting FOREVER.

Wow am I glad I found this thread! We preorderd at AKL 9/24 and haven't received either DVD yet, but we did get our pin at the time of purchase. I'm going to go and call now and see if we're in the system.

Update: They came in the mail today (Tuesday) while I was on hold to check on the status! Now, does anyone know if this prepurchase qualifies for the $5 rebate if you own the video? It says purchases between 10/08/02-03, and since we preordered...?

We haven't received our DVDs yet, we ordered at All-Stars Music...
I have called down there at least a dozen times and left messages for the manager ---- and she has not called me back once.

What is happening to Disney???? I received no response from the September pin event either..... Yet they still want our money!

I called again the number I was given to check on the B&B preorder...mine still hasn't shipped. Shawn had ordered it when he was at the pin event in September. All she could say was that the order was in ready state and should be going out soon. So I probably will receive it in 7-10 days. Seems really rediculous that I won't get my DVD until a month after it is released!
