Beaumont Hospital Diet

Beaumont Hospital in Michigan has a diet program that i am thinking about going on for 16 weeks,has anyone out there tried it or heard any results from it??????

I've never heard of it.

You may want to ask about it on the WISH board. There are lots of people on WISH eating in various ways - maybe someone has heard of this.

I was born there and it didn't help me!

Of course I was on their Similac diet.
