Beatles . help!

ok my dd16 is a Beatles fanatic. when we were at Epcot last year we went to UK and bought alot , I mean...ALOT of items we saw Britsih Invasion 4 sets. what i want to do is get her more things for xmas. any ideas where i may be able to find posters , pics , books, nick nacks more t shirts sweatshirts? blankest

I have been a HUGE Beatles fan for thirty five years! Since about the age your daughter is now. Check out the website- www.thefestforbeatlesfans.com. I'm not good with computer things so I don't how to put the website here so you can click on it.

That site should have just about anything you're looking for. There are tons of Beatles related sites on the web, many dealing with original items from the sixties.

The site I mentioned also has information on Beatlesfests that take place in the US at various times throughout the year. I've attended the one in New Jersey a few times. It's a fun place to go and be with other Beatles fans and to buy Beatles items.

It's nice to hear that teens today are interested in the Beatles. My two daughters went through phases of Beatles worship, also! My oldest, 20, still loves the Beatles, but my youngest, 14, has kind of gotten away from them. But I've noticed that some of her friends are now discovering their music!

The Beatles coffee table book? It came out a few years back and was put together by Paul, George, & Ringo. It has loads of photographs, some personal, as well as commentary from prior interviews and new. It is very large!

I also love the Anthology series! What a great set of music cds--very old pre-Hamburg music to recent releases! There is also a DVD out, name escapes me at the moment, but it is a DVD of the multi-part series about The Beatles that ran a few years ago. It also has some great music cuts and concert footage.

I purchased, many, many years ago--a great mirror. Etched in it were the likenesses of The Fab Four in their just pre-Sgt. Pepper days! It was really cool, but alas has been broken. You might do an online search for the stores in Liverpool. There are a few there that sell Beatles' memorabilia. I'm not sure if they have online purchasing available though.

Just a few "must haves" for anyone who adores the mop tops from Liverpool.

There is a new boxed set of their first four albums on cd coming out 11/16. It's called The Capitol Years Volume 1. It will be sold everywhere you can buy music(I recommend Best Buy).
