Am considering taking one night off my current reservation, and do one of the parks morning til afternoon then start drive home instead of staying another night. Planning to do MK, HS and EP. HS has historically been our least favorite but have not been since the improvements. EP used to be a favorite but now sounds very limited. Opinions?

EP opens later than the other parks so take that into your considerations for which park you choose. We haven’t been since 2019 but I think you’d probably get the most rides in at MK for a half day morning park since it has the most rides available to choose from.

I agree with @glocon that MK has the greatest possibility of getting things done in a half day but, if it has the most attractions you want to enjoy, that may not be the best option for you.

you will need to weigh in what time Epcot opens and what time you want to begin you drive home.

I would recommend reviewing attractions at each park and seeing what you want to accomplish. We were at Disney last week and easily spent 2 days at each of those parks so for our family the only current 1/2 day park is AK.

I would keep what you have. GE is amazing we spent a lot of time there without building a droid or lightsaber in both daytime and evening time you get a different experience and can be hard to get a ILL for ROTR. We also really liked MMRR. We were there in November and had 2 days in Epcot and did not get to see all we wanted. The construction walls did not bother us. I would do AK If you can squeeze it in FOP is one of the best rides.

Thanks everyone. AK is the obvious choice for us to half day. But FoP is by far my favorite ride. i was hoping to maybe do it twice, which would mean rope drop and ILL. right? Maybe will just hope to get an ILL the morning of arrival day, go there in afternoon when we arrive, if we can get one. I’ll give a day to MK and HS each— even though we will probably leave early. From the recent reviews, it feels like with the new system, park hopping to an afternoon park is pointless since it would only be for very long standby lines? Thanks again.
