Beaches & Cream or The Fountain?

I had a great reservation time at Beaches and Cream, but had to change around our schedule to fit the release of the updated Soarin' during our trip, so it looks like that may be a no-go. Now I'm wondering if perhaps The Fountain at the Dolphin resort will work out better. Any suggestions? Which has better food?

I've never been to beaches but I've stayed at the dolphin a few times and The Fountain always had great burger type food and ice cream...usually not crowded and relaxing
