I have been told by 4 different CMs that Beaches & Cream is a CS. If you can't make a ADR, it's a CS not a TS. I wonder if it was used as a TS during free dining???
I hope to get this figured out before we leave for our trip. We plan on having lunch there right from the airport but would need to stop and check in first if it's a CS, otherwise we will pay OOP for it instead.
I'm very confused!!! Is anyone else???

Table Service!!!!!!!! Bummer isn't it!!!!!!

We were charged TS two weeks ago. We asked for the onion rings as an appetizer but they subbed them for the fries with our meals. Definitely not worth wasting a TS dining credit for. Had I known I was going to LeCellier for lunch a few days later I would have paid for the meal at Beaches n Cream.

Yeah, when you realize that Beaches and Cream "costs" the same as Le Cellier, it kinda makes Le Cellier seem so much better, eh? :)

Beaches costs line up pretty close to counter service sandwich prices. It's only considered TS because there are servers. If you are gonna run short on TS credits, this is your "pay out of pocket meal".

I agree, its TS. However, the CMs are correct too--at least use to be. The side where there is carry out would've been considered CS, but the carryout section has been eliminated except for deserts only now.

It amazes me that could speak with 4 different CMs while making my ADRs and be told by all of them that it is a Counter Service. I even told her that I had heard of people being charged a TS credit there and she said that must have been a mistake and if that were to happen to us to go to the front desk to get it corrected!!

It is a TS, and you won't get your TS credit back a teh front desk either. It is printed in the DDP brochure that it is a TS. THe CM's on the phone gave you incorrect information.
