Hey PS or no PS I hear you've got to eat there! From the word on the street The Kitchen Sink is aweeeeeesome!

We have found that if you get there early enough for either lunch or dinner then you don't have much of a wait. I think for lunch we ate around 11:30 and dinner we showed up at 5:00. Not much of a wait if you are willing to go early.
