Hi guys... Where exactly is this? I've never managed to get there, do you need to reserve? Or just turn up?..., for sone reason I thought it was on the boardwalk ..., false memory syndrome methinks ;)

Can't find this place. Man you are missing some good food.

Well it's over on the other side of the pond at BC. When you go down and around Cape May Cafe and walk out of the last set of doors and follow the porch around until you run in to Beaches and Cream. It's actually in front of the main pool right next to the arcade. They do not take reservations and there is usually a wait, but I think it's worth it. Ask for the counter and you may get in sooner.

Have fun on your adventure and enjoy the food when you get there.:dance3:

Go early if you want to avoid a line. We usually show up right at opening time and within 30min to 1hr the place would be completely packed.

Man you are missing some good food.

And just to make it interesting...I found the meal at B&C to easily be the worst food I've had at Disney in the last several trips. And although I didn't taste my kids meals, they didn't look appetizing, either (the grapes were squashed to the point of being inedible, the grilled cheese wasn't even melted and the fries were limp). Never mind that we waited over an hour to be seated which was far longer than we'd been told. I don't blame the hostess for that - she can't control how fast/slow people eat - it just added insult to injury that after all that I hated the meal!

The ice cream sundaes, however (Mickey sundaes for the kids, No Way Jose for my dad and I) were to die for! I'd go there again in a heartbeat for ice cream but will never eat another meal there.

B&C is located in the pool area of the BC resort. It is a VERY small place with only a few tables/booths and some counter seating. The food is ok, nothing I would go out of the way for.The ice cream is good, but again it is Edys brand that you can buy in your local grocer freezer. They do not accept adrs at all ,and waits can be long long long at times.Go for opening to have almost zero wait time.About 30 mins after opening the place can have waits of 45mins-hour .There is a takeout window, but they do NOT serve food or the signature ice cream sundaes.

As others have already stated they do not take ADRs. Many diners here are BC guest who are using the pool, since Beaches and Creme is at one of the main pool gates it is easy to step out and get on the list with the pager in hand. Non guest dine here out of recommendations or curiosity. Easily expect 30-60 minute waits if you are not there before opening, since it is limited seating at a location between BC and YC resorts combined with SAB. Unless it fits into your schedule or its a must do, I would not spend the time just waiting for a table with the Worldcase of Epcot only 5 minutes away. There is also the walk-up side if you want to order some of the take-out offerings which is a narrow offering.

All I want is a sinkfull of ice cream :cool1:

Hehe... No food required, thank you all for the info, can't wait!

I have been there twice and personally I say their Cheeseburgers are my 2nd favorite among any restaurants in WDW after the ESPN Club and their Milkshakes are very good.

Now the 1st time I went in August 2010 I waited around 25 - 30 minutes for a table and that was around 9:30 PM when I got there. However the 2nd time I went was in December 2010 at 8:30 PM and got seated right away, so sometimes that can happen where you won't need to wait.

We skip the food these days and just have the ice cream.

How long are they open until.

Was thinking when we are at epcot and when it's a little later in the night to stop by and grab some ice cream.

Also are the wait times long at night?

Thanks

it all depends on what whether you are there during a busy season or not...sometimes i've had to wait an hour to get in, but i dont mind sitting out at the tables outside of it especially when you're there in the nice weather

I would personally go for the ice cream more than anything else.
If you want a quick cone, they do have a counter service with limited selections. If I remember right it was limited to ice cream cups, cones, as well as fountain sodas. If you're staying at the Beach Club itself and want some quick food while at the pool, try Hurricane Hanna's.

Here's a tip if you are going for the kitchen sink.....You can special order it! Meaning, if you order it from the menu, you will get all different ice cream flavors, all the toppings, etc. For my family, thats too many different flavors! We don't like the coffee ice cream, so we order it with only the ice cream flavors and toppings that we want. You still get all eight scoops of ice cream and whatever toppings you want, and a Whole can of whipped cream :thumbsup2 Just the flavors that make sense for you.

We loved the food and the ice cream here. It wasn't the best burger I ever had but it was the best on property so far. We went around 10pm one night after Epcot & they were not taking any more names for the seating area, there were a ton of people waiting. The line for the To Go area was out the door on to the sidewalk. We left & went back around 3pm the next afternoon & only waited about 20 min. to be seated.

Waits can be long in the evening.Everyone has a similar idea...Walk over to B&C and get ice cream after Illuminations.I have seen no waits and then I have been told 45-60 mins for a table .It all depends. The place is seriously small and is popular

We got lucky the last time we went. We went around 2pm and didn't have to wait because there were seats at the counter. DF's burger was really yummy and I had a chicken sandwich, which was good. The milkshake was great!

What is that sundae called??? I HAVE to order that!!! Is it for one person or to share???
