It is a table-service and they also have a small carry-out window... You cannot get everything on the menu at the window but the basic ice cream and coffee is available... You cannot use the dining plan for this table-service.

You can use DDP at B&C. DDE too.

It's just that some people choose not to use credits there as it's a relatively inexpensive meal.

True. We have found it to work out better paying OOP, rather than use a TS credit.

Yes, you're right. There are very few options at the carryout window for DDP. When I was doing a bit of DIS research for someone, I asked. I was told beverages or Mickey bars were the only snack options on the DDP there.

Does one need an ADR here? I would think that it would be nice. The one time we went, we had to wait forever to get a seat. And we will probably have to wait forever to get one when we return.

No ADRs are accepted. You have to sign up at the podium and hope for the best. We seem to always have a 45 minute wait or more. We hope to try again on this upcoming trip.
