Has anyone ever ordered the kitchen sink at Beaches and Cream at the Beach Club Resort? Any information or even a picture would be greatly appreciated. We have 6 adults and 2 toddlers staying at the Beach Club and we thought we could all split one and the kids would get a kick out of it. Thanks!

Never had, but have seen a picture. Everything but the kitchen sink, served in a kitchen sink! Have heard rave reviews, and is more than big enough for everyone in your party.
Do a search on this forum, and hopefully you can dig up a picture.

Here are a few pics I found here on the site.

Kitchen Sink - scoops of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, coffee and mint chocolate chip, smothered in every topping we have $21.99

Never had one, but this used to be a very popular topic here. Seems the consensus was that you wanted at least 5 adults or some combination of adults and kids with big appetites. Sounds like it might be just about right for your party as long as you are hungry. One common complaint was that it melts down in to a big goopy mess if it isn't consumed quickly.

If you go to Beaches and Cream and decide not to get a KS, try the No Way Jose. It's chocolate and peanut butter over vanilla ice cream and it is fantastic. The NWJ would be something for one or two people.:earsboy:

My son ordered one last november for his birthday instead of a cake. We had that instead of lunch. He really enjoyed it.

After years of thinking about getting it we finally ordered it during our xmas stay.We almost finished it.With your party of 6 adults it should be no problem. Prepare youself to be the center of attention when they bring it to your table. Have a great time......:rotfl:

We had one on one of our trips. There were four adults and we had a lot left over. As long as you don't mind double dipping with your friends/family, then it is a lot of fun and really yummy :)

We had one a few trips ago and my kids want to go again. It is a lot of fun! We had an early lunch that day and then went to B&C around 3:30 and just had the kitchen sink. We recommend that you ask for it without the coffee ice cream since that seems to melt and overpower the whole thing (unless you like coffee ice cream). Even if you don't finish the whole thing it is fun just to get it and eat what you can. The pictures and memories are the best part!

Get one and have a great time!!

There were 4 of us (ds3 and ds7) and we did a pretty bang up job on ours!

We had it for "lunch" too. Hey, its vacation, right?

it does end up in a big goopy mess. that is my kids only complaint about it. well, that and they dont like coffee ice cream, so when they get a bite of that, they cringe.

I can't find pics but we managed to eat most of it for lunch. It was so much fun and yummy!

Thanks for the replies everybody. We've added the kitchen sink to our must do list. It looks like so much fun. I appreciate the tip about the coffee ice cream, as we're not big fans of it. I can't wait to see the kids (and the other adult's) faces!

My BIL took the challenge of eating it in a hour:rolleyes: If he would'nt have eaten a burger and fries beforehand (didn't know about the challenge until after we ate) he would have finished it. They did let him substitute for the coffee ice cream though..
