Once upon a time, you could get ice cream only without the coveted reservation. Reservation has not been available yet...so I am wondering if you can still do this?

Yep, if you’re just looking for a cone/cup, milkshake, or a mini mickey. The rest of their options aren’t on the menu for take out.
