Beach Club ???

We will be staying at the Beach Club in December for a 4 night vivit. My wife and I were just curious to know how the noise level in the rooms are? We have stayed here several times over the years but it honestly has been a very long time and we were just wanting to know. Also any comments on the new eatery at the BC.? I think it's named BC Marketplace.Also is Stormalong Bay heated? Thanks, Chip.

Beach Club, as far as noise goes, I always think it sounds noisy from the hall and think oh no! But from the rooms it is not too bad. Unless your next to a colicky baby it should not be noticable. Its always the luck of the draw who you are next to, if they are good neighbors or not.

SAB is definately heated. But remember there are parts that are open from the lake and quite breezy, so may be cooler.

We haven't tried the new eatery, sorry we did look in.

I have never had any problems with noise in the room at the Beach club. I guess it can depend on the neighbors, but for us, it's never been an issue at all.

Don't recall the new eatery--we were last there about 10 months ago so I don't know if this is new...but we also stayed concierge so we'd have that for breakfast and Beaches and Cream for lunch and/ or dinner...it's possible we missed the BC Marketplace, not sure. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!

Im sure mine was more of an isolated incident but we heard a lot of noise from our neighbors, as a matter of fact, we heard barely anything at POP, then went to the BC and had noisy neighbors...go figure, I think the kids were all hyped up off sugar cos it literally sounded like they were bouncing off the walls at times, but again, 99% of the people who stay there dont complain about noise, youll be fine

The new eatery was nice very cute, the refill station for mugs was there and they have some AWESOME GELATO!!!! It was sooooo good.

We stayed at the Beach Club at the end of June in room 4563 which was at the end of a hallway with the room facing the lake. We only had a corner room and onlyone room next to us that had a honeymoon couple in it -- but we thankfully didn't hear any noises. Rather we found BC to be a very quiet resort.

HOWEVER! They were testing the 4th of July fireworks show latenight (1 am) during our stay and we woke up one night thinking we were under attack - our room literally shook with the noise - unfortunately we couldn't see the test show since the room faced the Boardwalk!

Other than that one night we had a quiet stay - enjoy!

We had a terrific room overlooking SAB near where the slide ends. On the weekends they played music at the pool. Great party atmosphere, but difficult for little ones to nap through. Also, we could definitely hear the fireworks from Illluminations every night at 9:10. Again, no big deal, unless you have sleeping kids.

Our room overlooked the Valet (front entrance) and when Illuminations started...it was LOUD.

So for however long Illuminations is...it's loud.
