Beach Club

I was trying to make a reservation yesterday and the cast member told me that Beach Club doesn’t share a pool with yacht club that they are all separate and you can’t use Stormalong Bay I am so confused. Can someone please clarify which has the good slide

What?!? Stormalong Bay is the pool shared by Yacht and Beach Club.

That is wrong. They both share Stormalong Bay. The cast member did not know what they are talking about. YC and BC are practically on big hotel.

Absolutely ridiculous, the inaccurate information you were given. This is the Yacht & Beach club thread. Check out the first page for lots of information & ask any questions there. Dee keeps the thread very up to date & all the posters there are very happy to help. Lots of pictures of storm along bay on page 1 too.

Was Boardwalk somehow being confused?

BeachClub & Yachtclub share Stormalong Bay. Boardwalk is a 5 minute walk on the other side of lagoon and has its own themed pool.

Keep in mind there’s a somewhat decent chance the phone CM has never stepped foot on BC grounds. Not an excuse (because Disney should train their CMs with good info), but it wouldn’t be the first time a phone CM has provided incorrect information about true resort operations. It’s just the nature of the beast with how they are staffed and a resort as big as WDW. And why boards like this exist/are valuable resources.
