Beach Club Villas

When will non-DVCers be able to book Beach Club Villas? Does anyone know if the place is going to open early? And, do the 2 Bedroom Villas have 2 Queens in the second bedroom or just 1 Queen and a sleeper? We'd like to try BCV when the open to see if we'd like to join DVC there or not. If not, we'll probably get a resale at VWL.

Projected opening is late 2002. If that actually happens, people should be able to start making cash reservations several months before then. They would probably start taking them in summer 2002 and possibly even before. Nevertheless, there have been rumors mentioned that it will open earlier, and rumors mentioned that it is delayed and will open later. I guess you can believe whichever rumor makes you feel better.

They have not said how many beds will be in the second bedroom but highly likely it will be like BWV or VWL. At BWV, the second bedroom has a queen and sofa/full. It is the same at VWL except for a small number of dedicated 2BR's that have two gueens

well hello there californiadreaming!!!

I've been a dvc member since '97! dh and I agree it's the best thing we've ever done (aside from marrying eachother!!! )

I can't wait til the BCV open!!! we plan on buying more points there!!!
we know it will be more $$$ than if we buy VWL now, but we want the epcot location!!! and we love the "beachy" theme more than Wilderness theme! I have Pine trees in my backyard, I want palm trees on my vacations!!!
