I have a fantastic deal for beach club villa deluxe studio and wilderness lodge nature view room. I am so torn I have stayed in both resorts and know it comes down to location... magic kingdom or Epcot... any suggestions to help me sway my choice?!? Thank you

What is your party like? A studio will have one queen bed, one double sleeper sofa and a bunk sized murphy bed. The Wilderness Lodge nature room will probably have two queen beds.

I would vote BCV due to location and all the near by food options at Boardwalk, Swan/Dolphin in addition to the great food options in the Epcot World Showcase.

Also when staying at the BCV you can also walk to HS or take a Friendship boat ride to / from HS. Having 2 parks so close is often a big plus unless you plan to spend quite a bit of time at the MK.

You have to go with your heart. We love the location of both for different reasons. We usually stay at WL or AKL and tried BC last time and asked to move to WL. It just felt more like home. Also decide where you want to eat more and which park you will visit more. If it is hot and you will have a lot of pool time BC has a better pool. Good luck!!

We own at BCV but we often find ourselves staying at WL and are never disappointed there. I agree that location is a big factor for us, and being walking distance between two parks is one of the primary reasons we bought into DVC. However, the theming at WL is so peaceful and majestic that I am never unhappy there.

Another vote for BCV. The Epcot resort area is, in my opinion, the best location on site. Before becoming Disney snowbirds DW and I made many trips to the BWI. Being able to just wander over to Epcot in the evenings was very special for us.

That said, I agree with @Lacoccinelle, follow your heart.

No matter which you chose I know you will have a magical visit!

If it's only a party of 2 or 2 plus 1 younger child, I would vote BCV. We used to do the studios when my son was younger (and didn't beg for a real bed!) and I loved utilizing the sofa during the day giving us some extra space, plus the kitchenette. I also find BCV to be much quieter than WL (geyser plus electric water pageant plus fireworks can make for a noisy evening). Plus the proximity to DHS and EP is a big plus. That being said, if your main focus for the trip is MK, I would choose WL.

Another BCV vote here. I love Stormalong Bay, that I can walk to Epcot and HS is also a huge bonus. We also like that there are many dining options in close proximity.

Pool area at BCV beats WL hands down but agree with above post that WL is very peaceful. Also nothing like walking back from Epcot at closing time instead of waiting for a bus

When are you going and what ages kids/adults etc.? If summer/early fall BCV hands down for storm along bay (best pool on property) also if late summer fall BCV for walking distance to DHS and the new additions there.

I may be in the minority as we didn't love WL tried it twice once in a studio and once in a bunk bed room. I am a single mom with two older teen dd's and we found it to be "fairly" convenient to MK via boat but the buses to the rest of the parks seemed to be more sparse than any other resort we have visited (all but GF and POP). We also found the room sizes on the smaller size.

We favor the studio layout as we have more room during the day and like the mini kitchen options to re-heat leftovers and have a quick breakfast in the room as well as the guarantee of a patio / balcony. Our favorites right now are BCV and BWV for easy access to Epcot and Studios and we often go to and from MK via Epcot (with a meal or a show/ride in between) so we can avoid the buses to MK as well. (it does take much more time fiwiw)

I love the WL and my last stay there was perfection, which is not to say that BCV isn't great as well, but I prefer the quieter pool at the WL and I think the restaurants are better.

I vote BCV. While we have never stayed at WL, we loved the location of BC. Being able to walk to EPCOT and HS was really nice. The only downside is that the boat to HS doesn't run very early so if you want to get to HS early then you have to walk.
