Beach Club Villas 2005 points for Rent!!!

I currently have booked a studio at the BCVs from Nov 6th through the 11th for the food & wine festivle. At this point my wife and I can't make it and I would prefer selling the vacation as a whole at $9.50 a point (106 points). I would be willing rent up to 157 points for a new booking, but at $10.50 a point.

Please let me know I have to consider banking my points for next year.
