Is it possible to use WDW transporpation to mame a 7:40 breakfast at the Polynesian from the Beach Club.

If not, would you recommend renting a car? We saw we can rent a car from WDW but it is very expensive and I'm not sure how to get to the rental place and back.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks, I didn't even consider a cab. You guys really are the experts. What do you think a cab will cost? $25 or less with tip?

Yes, buses to MK start running about 6:30. At the MK, you would board the Resort Monorail, which starts at 7 a.m.

Often, if you ask the driver of an early morning MK bus how to get to the Poly, the driver may drop you off at the resort. But you should allow about an hour, in case he/she does not.

We just got back and it was no problem catching the bus to Ohana from the the Beach Club. We were told to catch the 7 bus going to the MK and ask the driver to take us to the resort. I guess they do this for folks for breakfast.

Typically, if the driver sees that there wouldn't be too many other Guests affected by making a pit stop for someone, they will opt to drop you off at a your destination, especially if it isn't out of the way. You shouldn't rely on it, but it can happen if it is early or late enough.

Get a cab. Early morning bus transportation does exist, but it can eat up a lot of time. Time you could be spending sleeping in a bit. Disney will tell you to allow over an hour to get from point A to point B using their transporation. A cab will take you 15 minutes.
