I'm told the busses stop at other EC-area resorts. Can anyone tell me the order they stop on the way to MK from the BC? I'd also like to know how long the trip should take and about how often the busses run in the late-afternoon and evening.

I'm asking primarily because of a post on the resorts board slamming the bus service. Thanks!

Swan, Dolphin, Yacht Club, Beach Club, Boardwalk. As DVC members, we stay at the Boardwalk and find it quicker to get off at the first stop (Swan) and walk over the bridge to the Boardwalk, rather than stay on the bus for the entire circuit around the Epcot Resorts area. I doubt you'd save time this way since you'd have to walk around Crescent lake to get to the Beach Club.

Our kids love the monorail so when we leave the MK any time between late morning and early evening we take the two monorails to Epcot and then walk through Epcot and back to the Boardwalk. This, of course, is not an option if you will arrive back at Epcot after 9:00 p.m.

Oops, just realized you were asking about the trrip TO the Magic Kingdom, not FROM MK to BC. Anyway, the order is the same. The bus can be pretty packed by the time it gets to the Boardwalk since this is the last stop before heading to MK. I still like the "monorail method" of getting to the MK if we're not in a hurry. On our way through Epcot my kids get to experience their favorite "mini attraction," Ice Station Cool!

Note that it also depends on time of year, busy or slow season. For example, during the busy summer season the MK bus for YC/BC is shared only with BWV (S/D has its own then). The busses are supposed to run every 20 minutes all day. Trip going and coming back takes about 25 to 30 minutes each way.

We'll be there in 2 weeks and want to head to MK after a dinner on Thursday evening because it's the only night we can catch MK after dark because of or schedule and MNSSHP. The dinner should end by 7 and MK is open until 8:30 so I'm looking for the fastest way to get there.

The bus is fastest and in the early evening it shouldn't be overly crowded. The ride itself is only 10-12 minutes and they do run at least every 20 minutes.

That's just the information I was looking for. Thank you!
